We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We promise to make our best possible effort (within reasonable means) to make your order to your specifications. At Brides by Nona, we maintain a very high level of quality assurance. All of our dresses are professionally tailored and carefully packaged. We go through a rigorous process to ensure you are receiving the best quality possible. All orders are thoroughly inspected prior to shipping as it is our primary goal to make sure you are 100% satisfied. Due to the custom nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL and cannot be returned or exchanged. There is no refund for either Ready-to-Wear gowns or Bespoke gowns. We begin production of an item immediately it is ordered (i.e., deposit payment has been made on the item). Deposit payments and all other subsequent payments are applied to all time spent on consultations and appointments made from the time of the initial consultation(be it via phone call, video call, text messaging, social media messaging, chats, e-mail, in-person or any other means of communication with any staff member) to all other subsequent consultations and the actual making of the gown(s). Hence, payments cannot be refunded.
Once an order has been completed and is ready for a fitting or for pick-up, Brides by Nona will make several attempts to contact the client using the contact information provided by the client. It is the client’s responsibility to update all contact information with Brides by Nona. Brides by Nona will not be responsible for any outdated contact information on file for the client. Orders not picked up after two months (60 days) from the first fitting/pick-up notice date are considered abandoned orders for which the client relinquishes full ownership of the dress to Brides by Nona. Subsequently, all payments the client has made towards the dress will be forfeited as the dress has completed production and all resources/labor/materials have been used up. Brides by Nona is therefore at liberty to dispose of the dress in any which way Brides by Nona sees fit, including but not limited to (donating the dress to charity organizations, selling the dress, keeping the dress as a fully owned property of Brides by Nona, or whichever way Brides by Nona sees fit to dispose of the dress). Abandoned orders are not eligible for refunds or store credit.
